Program FAQs
What is the Gem Customer Referral program? This program is designed to reward existing customers, former customers, and friends of Gem for referring new customers to Gem.
How does the referral program work? Simply submit the required information on this page. If your referral becomes a paid customer on an annual plan, you get paid!
Who counts as a 'senior leader' for the bonus? To be eligible for this bonus, your referral must have a title that includes Director, Vice President, Head, Founder, or C-level and work at a company with more than 30 employees.
Please help us by entering their correct title in the referral form.
Who is eligible to participate? Everyone (with very few exceptions)! See program terms and conditions for full details.
What kind of rewards can I earn? Rewards come in the form of Visa gift cards (delivered electronically) and our everlasting gratitude.
How many people can I refer to Gem? No limits!
Is there a limit to how much I can earn through referrals? No limit. However, if you find yourself referring lots of companies to Gem, feel free to connect with our team to see if a revenue share model would be best- simply email partners@gem.com to learn more.
When will I receive my referral reward? We endeavor to deliver rewards in a timely manner. Please allow us up to eight weeks from the time of the eligible event (e.g. your referral completes a meeting with Gem and your referral's company becomes a new Gem customer) to deliver rewards.
How does my referral get their $100 reward after their first Gem meeting? The reward will be delivered electronically by the Gem team as part of the follow up after the meeting.
Which referrals are not eligible for these rewards? If you submit an existing Gem customer or contact that we’ve connected with in the past 3 months, the referral is not eligible for payment. If your referral selects Gem but starts with a free period or a monthly plan, your final reward payout will be issued only when they transition to an annual plan.
What if my referral chooses not to move forward with Gem after the initial meeting? No problem. We appreciate the referral, and will still reward them for connecting with us, and you are eligible for a $100 bonus.
What if my referral reward was not received? Please allow us up to eight weeks after the eligible event to deliver your reward. After this time, if you believe you are missing a reward, contact hello@gem.com.
