Introducing Gem Customer Referrals

At Gem, we believe the best connections come from our network. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the Gem Customer Referral Program — where you can earn up to $400 for each successful referral to Gem!

This program is designed to reward existing customers, former customers, and friends of Gem for referring new companies to us. Rewards come in the form of Visa gift cards and our everlasting gratitude. 

Our customer referral program works in just three easy steps:

1. You submit a referral. – Know someone who could benefit from Gem? Send them our way! 

2. We get in touch. – Our team will connect with your referral to explore how Gem can support their talent acquisition needs.

3. You and your referral get rewarded. – If your referral becomes a new Gem customer, you earn a reward, and they get a bonus, too!

Referral rewards breakdown:

To receive the following rewards, the submitted referral must become a Gem customer:

• Companies with up to 30 employees - $100 reward

• Companies with over 30 employees - $300 reward 

Bonus rewards:

• Your referral will receive $100 just for meeting with us

• Earn an extra $100 if you refer a senior leader (Director, VP, Head, Founder, or C-level) from a company with 30+ employees who takes a meeting with Gem.

Who qualifies as a senior leader? 

Eligible referrals include those with the title of Director, Vice President, Head, Founder, or C-level. Be sure to enter their correct title in our referral form.

Who should you refer?

We’re looking for those who: 

• Are evaluating Talent Acquisition software

• Work in tech, finance, manufacturing, or a tech-enabled industry (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, EVs)

• Are part of a talent team or work at an early-stage startup

• Belong to a company based in the United States

Is there a limit to how many people can be referred?

Nope! You can refer as many people as you’d like. If you’re making frequent referrals, reach out to partners@gem.com to explore potential revenue-sharing opportunities.

When will referral submitters receive their reward?

While we aim to deliver rewards promptly, please allow up to eight weeks from the eligible event (e.g., meeting completion, new customer signup on an annual plan) to receive your reward.

What if referrals don’t become Gem customers?

No worries! They’ll still receive their $100 reward for connecting with us, and if they are a senior leader at a company with 30+ employees, you’ll still earn your $100 bonus.
