A community of empowerment, celebration and enablement, Amethyst is committed to making Gem the absolute best place to work for womxn and non-binary Gems.
Prisms
Uniting our community of LGBTQ+ Gems, Prisms strives to create safe spaces and networking opportunities that foster well-being and empower LGBTQ+ Gems to learn, grow, and make a big impact at Gem.
Jades
Connecting Asian communities across Gem, our Jades ERG seeks to raise awareness around AAPI issues, build relationships, and celebrate their unique cultures.
Obsidians
Creating safe spaces for creativity, learning and compassion, Obsidian - our Black ERG - was founded on the vision of helping Black Gems soar to new heights.
