Our monthly product blog is here again to deliver updates on the latest and greatest in Gem!
But if you want them even hotter off the press, head to our Changelog to catch the new features as they fly out of our fingertips (cue spirit fingers).
Outreach Stats: link to sequences
If you look at messaging effectiveness by sequence, you'll be pleased to know that you can now click on the name of the sequence to view exactly what each of those high-performing campaigns said.
A fresh look to sequences
You may have noticed that we recently updated the Sequence editor to better distinguish email and InMail stages. While you ogle the bright colors, get ready to see some new additions to the stage types: we'll soon be introducing automatic SMS stages and other manual stage types (like setting a to-do to send a LinkedIn connection request) so that your sequences can be a combination of any tasks that you want to take action on with a prospect.
Talent Pipeline: hide stages from view
In Talent Pipeline, many of you have wanted to hide certain stages like Application Review (too many apps in there!). Now with the "Stages" dropdown in the upper right, you can select which stages to show or hide, which also works for saved reports, your Gem Slackbot reports, and sharing Talent Pipeline via email.
Lastly, we've got tons of huge things brewing behind the scenes, including:
Branded email campaigns
Gem events module to let you collect event registrations, talent community signups, and more
Automated SMS sequences
Pipeline Analytics for SmartRecruiters and Workday customers
Searching against your ATS candidates from within Prospects
If you're interested in any of the above and think you might use any of this right away, please reach out to us! Hearing your use cases will be so helpful in making sure we build these out the right way for you, and we may even be able to hook you up in any beta programs we're opening up.
Thanks for reading, and hope to hear from you soon!
Love,
Team Gem
