Gem product update: October 2021

Welcome to our monthly product update! This month’s update is coming a bit later than usual, but we promise, it's not because we were ghosting you. In fact, we’ve got a lot of great updates we wanted to share in this month’s bag of treats (and no tricks!)Dad jokes aside, here's what's new in Gem, and as always, chat us in Gem to learn more, ask questions, or share feedback.

Up Your Forecasting Game

Not only is Gem’s Pipeline Forecast Calculator getting a major facelift, but it is now equipped to:

• Project how many hires you can expect to make by a given date!

• Filter out candidates who don’t have any recent activity

Target Setting & Configurability in Dashboards

Looking to visualize KPIs against goals and configure insights to your needs and preferences? Check out some of these new updates coming to Dashboards.

Set and edit targets for total hires, offer acceptance rate, and time to hire in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual cadence.

Enjoy even more configurability with a library of template visualizations and the ability to modify stages, breakdowns, filters, and groupings.

SmartRecruiters and Workday Customers: Dashboards are now available for all users & teams who have Pipeline Analytics. Contact your customer success manager to learn more!

Gem Messages: One Inbox for all your Texting

Gem Messages is now available to all customers with SMS enabled! Track and manage replies sent by candidates, whether it’s from a one-off text message or part of a sequence… all under one centralized inbox. This includes messages you send directly from Talent Pipeline.

Breakdowns in Pipeline Analytics

Now Available for Lever Customers

Filter, group, and breakdown by Team (i.e. sub-departments) in Pipeline Analytics!

• Forecasting widget in Dashboards: Share your current hiring trajectory in a presentation-ready format.

• Sourcing on top of Indeed: The Gem extension will soon work on top of Indeed the way it does on LinkedIn, automatically creating candidate profiles and logging all interactions. Let us know if you're interested in trying this out as soon as it's available.

• SMS Breakdown in Outreach Stats: SMS will be added to the breakdown groupings in outreach stats to give visibility across all channels

• SuccessFactors Integration: Gem will soon be able to integrate with SuccessFactors, syncing all your important data between Gem and your HRIS!
